Product Description:
The corrugated pipeline represents the 3rd generation of enhanced products developed by Shandong HUASU. Compared to its predecessor, the extruder output and pipe production speed have been significantly boosted by 20-40%. Through online belling, the performance of the manufactured corrugated pipes is assured.
This innovative product incorporates the Siemens PLC system, ensuring high-quality performance and efficient operations. The improved design and advanced technology utilized in the production process guarantee enhanced productivity and reliability.
Features:
The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system designed for forming aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.
Additionally, a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is utilized, accompanied by a professional design of the corrugated pipe extrusion mould to enable large-scale stable extrusion.
This system boasts good modularity, with the aluminum forming module constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material containing a copper content of at least 5%. Through precision pressure casting, the material ensures high density and is free of light pores, resisting deformation even after long-term use. Furthermore, various module waveform schemes can be customized based on user requirements.
Completing the setup is an automatic DWC cutter with computerized control, ensuring precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly operation.
